What’s next for Berlin’s food policy after the election? What role do healthy school meals, regional foods, organic products, and nutrition education play?

The Weltacker Youth Council invites you to a public discussion with representatives from politics and the field. The discussion will be based on two demands from the Youth Council:

  • Nutrition education should become an integral part of everyday school life and classroom instruction.
  • Healthy eating must be accessible to everyone in Berlin, regardless of budget.

Together, we’d like to discuss what political decisions are now on the table and what a sustainable and equitable food policy for Berlin might look like.

Participants

  • Ekkehard Spiegel (Die Linke)
  • Danny Freymark (CDU)
  • Katharina Rein-Fischböck (Berliner Weltacker e.V.)
  • as well as other politicians (to be confirmed)

Moderator: Anna Messerschmidt
